Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mbatoli, Imo State. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Six days a week, one day off.
