Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Wright County, Missouri. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
