What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
