Vacancy available: fry cook (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Calhoun County, Alabama. You will work at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
