Join our team: cook (Mizoram)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Aizawl, Mizoram. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
