The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 2+ years on the tools preferred.
