Tandoor cook wanted in Guri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Guri, Jigawa State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
