Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
