Food and beverage server — Dawakin Kudu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Dawakin Kudu, Kano State. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift.
