Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Kamjong, Manipur. The job is at a renovation and extension job. Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Day to day you will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. ₹31,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
