Short order cook wanted in Bichi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Bichi, Kano State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
