Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Dambatta, Kano State. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. You will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
