Waitress wanted in Esan South-East

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Esan South-East, Edo. The job is at a banquet hall. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
