Urgent requirement: head butcher (Bauchi State)

Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Ningi, Bauchi State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
