Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
