Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Marte, Borno State. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
