Confectioner wanted in Matazu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Matazu, Katsina State. You will be based in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
