Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Okitipupa, Ondo State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
