Tandoor cook • Emuoha, Rivers State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Emuoha, Rivers State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
