Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
