Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
