Canteen cook wanted in Shanga

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Shanga, Kebbi State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₦250,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
