Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Oredo, Edo. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
