Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial painter in Dallas County, Texas. You will work at a property maintenance company. On the job you will handle: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Ideal candidate: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately 1+ years on the tools preferred.
