Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
