Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
