Cake decorator • Kheri, Uttar Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should bring able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
