Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Fulton County, Georgia. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
