Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Frederick County, Virginia. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
