Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bogoro, Bauchi State. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
