You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Day-to-day duties: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift 3+ years on the tools preferred.
