You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
