Urgent requirement: commis chef (Katsina State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Batagarawa, Katsina State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. ₦260,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
