Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Androscoggin County, Maine. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
