Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Kenton County, Kentucky. You will work at a dry cleaner's. The role involves fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
