Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Ada County, Idaho. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes You will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $10,000 per project, based on your experience.
