Fry cook wanted in Kiru

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Kiru, Kano State. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
