Banquet server — Racine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Racine County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
