On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time with occasional weekends.
