Tandoor cook — Kendall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kendall County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
