Kitchen porter wanted in Orange County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Orange County, Florida. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
