Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kiru, Kano State. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 4+ years on the tools preferred.
