Godown forklift operator — Defiance County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in Defiance County, Ohio. The role involves load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
