Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Kajuru, Kaduna State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Full-time with occasional weekends.
