Trainee butcher wanted in Tsanyawa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Tsanyawa, Kano State. The job is at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
