Site carpenter — Gonda

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site carpenter in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. You should bring CSCS card for site-based work an advantage; NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹900 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
