Immediate opening: truck driver (Edo)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a truck driver in Iguegben, Edo. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Confident with manual handling and load securing Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off Six days a week, one day off.
