Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Mesa County, Colorado. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
