Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Emery County, Utah. You will be based in a bread factory. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
