You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
